Isblogging.net Hosting clients have several different ways to contact us for support. Of course we urge people to have a look through our FAQ to see if their questions have already been answered.
- Trouble Ticket: Submitting a trouble ticket to our support staff is quick and easy and can be done in two different ways:
- By logging into the members center using the form on the left; or
- By sending an email to our staff from the email address that is on file for their account.
- Instant Messenger: For the convenience of our clients we offer support through the ICQ instant messenger (uin:125369).
